solidworks Create a new part from the empty inside volume of an assembly

I am looking for a simple way of creating a new part from the inside empty volume of an assembly. For example if a wanted to create a part file for the water in a box that was full of other parts. The assembly is a little complex (~100 parts) and saving as a part and then using the combine->subtract tool is slow and tedious. Is there a SolidWorks tool for filling this inside volume? Perhaps something in the "mold" menu (I am not familiar with this).
Thanks!

PS. I posted a similar question in the SolidWorks Flow discussion board because Flow has a very easy way of creating that Fluid Sub-domain, but no way to export it as a part that I can see.
